Service Description

With 77 portages it's not only easy to lose time but also to end your race. These practical sessions look at what you do and why and show you simple ways to improve your entry and exit to the portage, your getting in and out, how you carry the boat depending on the portage and when support crews should and shouldn't help. We have accesses to canal portages which mimic the Kennet & Avon and we can practice short runs, long runs low get in's, high get in's and the odd roller or even a beach portage. We can minimise the effort you need to use each time and help your support crews learn in a safe environment
